Jim Laabs Music reserves the right to cancel any order or ebay auction at any time.

Shipping Charges

Jim Laabs Music reserves the right to add shipping on to products that are heavy and/or oversized, require insurance, additional surcharges and/or are being shipped outside of the continental U.S.

In-Stock Changes

As often as we would like to keep our in store stock updated with what is shown on our website, they are in reality, two different systems. Updates are constant, but sometimes we'll have sold the last of a product at one of our stores before we can update our website. This applies particularly to our used inventory. We will try to accomodate the customer as best as possible by offering another product of the same or better quality, allowing them to await a new shipment or by allowing them to cancel their order.
