Excalibur Custom Series uses handmade & tuned reeds. Each reed is fitted and tuned to precise specifications and tapered using a specific formula that is a closely guarded secret to the Italian Custom Series. Our reeds are fitted by hand using precision instrumentation to allow for zero-fault air flow. Full grain leather valves ensure decades of seal precision and low maintenance throughout the lifetime of the accordion.

Excalibur secures the reed block with hand-torqued specs developed over many years of reed block design. The distribution of the reed block to the base-plate is checked by our Artisans and by computer. The register slides are individually tested for full operation.

Excalibur Custom Series uses a proprietary blend for the bellow construction. This blend gives the bellows great form and longevity without compromising weight and flexibility.

Externals:

Customize your accordion to your heart's content! Each shell is hand-molded and fitted for each particular accordion. The ornate stones and designs are hand carved by our Italian Artisans and all stone placement and design is done individually. We can add your name or band anywhere on the accordion to give you that custom fit look.
